Ingredients:👇

  • 2 sheets of lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  • Place one lasagna noodle on top of the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodle.
  • Add a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the second noodle, remaining ricotta, meat sauce, and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
