Ingredients:👇
- 2 sheets of lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Skillet
- Baking dish
- Oven
- Spatula
- Measuring cups
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
- Place one lasagna noodle on top of the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodle.
- Add a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the second noodle, remaining ricotta, meat sauce, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
